Anyone have one in stock? I know its not the time to be buying, but I've wanted one and the longer I wait, the harder they are to find.

York show vendor wouldnt sell to MD resident.

I'd be surprised if anyone in MD has any left at this point.

Classic has them in stock though, fwiw, and I know they'll ship Veprs to MD. They're up to $899 though.

like 2.5 years ago there were similar talks about importation ban. panic buy ensued and i saw vepr12 go as high as $1200. Sellers were saying supplies were drying up! But a year later, I still saw vepr12s for sale and back around the $700 mark.

In regards to the york vendor not selling. If it was the model with the folding stock, that is a no go in MD. off their website:
    8) If this is a semi-automatic shotgun, does the weapon have a folding stock? If so, then it is banned and may not be purchased, sold, or transferred.

I think if the stock is pinned open (simple spot weld) it is gtg though. I played it safe and bought fixed stock back then.

We had both agreed that the folding stock he had wasn't legal but he did have a fixed one. I understand his reluctance and it isn't THAT easy to find its legality online to show a FFL dealer.

I understand my stubbornness will cause me to pay more...still not trying to pay $1200...Don't want one that much. :party29:
