Really looking forward to this. I have a 5" ppq i use now for 3 gun and this will definitely be looked at closely. It's priced kind of high at 1399 for the standard and 1499 for the pro model. I assume it will compete with the cz's, tanfoglio, and lower end 2011's like the RIA and sps pantera. I can tell you I went from a cz75 sp01 to the walther and the ergos are night and day better for me. I have long skinny fingers and could never really get a comfy grip on the cz.

Will this need to go through whole roster process over again or will it be good to go since its a variation of a pistol thats already on it.

This gun gives me a strong chubby. I've had a p99AS since back in 2007 or so. The nature of how they routed the trigger bar gives the polymer framed versions a little unavoidable friction in the press. I'd imagine that in addition to reducing recoil, the steel frame could make an already great trigger just that much better. For match shooting, this gun looks amazeballz.
