    9mm kits legal if you already owned a tavor. No different than swapping an upper on a pre-ban AR. Converting calibers is not banned. Can't put a 9mm kit in a post-ban tavor due to OAL (though you could pin both the muzzle device AND the suppressor core to the bbl;))

    If you already own the Tavor are you creating an illegal firearm by converting to 9mm? If so, online this will go. And you sorry Marylanders can't have it.

    So those folks who don't have a pre 10/1/2013 Tavor can't do this due to OAL - that was really what I was getting at and you seem to have answered that.
