No issues at all on an AR pistol. Fold to your hearts content.

It does effect the way ATF determines OAL, but this is only a concern if you want to run a vertical foregrip.

Put a brace on it and enjoy!
    Have you found one though?

That's a nice setup ... I bought the Vertx Gamut 2 too and I can't fully put by AR 10.3 (DD MK18) pistol in it. It goes in but sticks out a little under the fabric. That pic looks like you have another inch to spare. (hahaha-That's what she said!)

Yes, go for it! I bought a 10.3 AR Pistol and had Engage put the Law Folder on it. In fact, if you go on Daniel Defense website they sell them w the Law folder and it can ship to MD FFL. (If you can find one).

I have mine on a 8.5” pistol, which I fold and conceal carry. Works great! Never had any issues w it. Small and compact makes it fit inside most of my backpacks. Here’s a pic of it fully erect w a Resonator K.

A Folding Stock is one of the Evil Features for semiauto centerfire rifles under FSA 2013 .

You may have no more than two of : Protruding Pistol Grip , Flash Suppressor , or Folding Stock .

ANd to add to the annoyance, in MD a suppressor (silencer) is counted as a flash suppressor. I dunno whether a suppressor mount that was also a flash suppressor would require a double count. So tired of MD GA stupid laws.
