Anybody use Universal in the 9mm with 124's? Do you like how it performs? I tried it in the 357 Sig and I'm not overly impressed with it with the COAL I'm using with the FMJ round nose pills, got some flat points now for it so I'll try them together and run the round nose pills in the 9mm.
I've got some W231 I could run but I like keeping that for my 45ACP.

    No, I don't use Universal.

With that said, ever since I found Titegroup, I've been using it in half of the smokeless powder pistol rounds I load. It works great in 45 ACP and 9mm. I have not switched over my 40 or 38 Specials, since I have a few bottles of Unique left.

I use the Titegroup for my 380, but I've never tried it elsewhere as the W231 was running everything else for me even use it in my 10mm sometime.

Titegroup for me too in the 9. Pretty clean. Use 4.5 grains for 115 FMJ. It's a medium load and I shoot it for plinking and PA steel.

    Hi Buff
I've never used it in 9mm but I use it in 45 ACP, 40 S&W, and have tried it in 10mm and 45 Super. I get my best groups in 45 with it. I find that it's as versatile as Unique and it is very clean burning, leaving little if any carbon in the cases. It would be a great all around pistol powder for everything but magnum loads. There will always be a place for it on my bench.

I found this interesting in an IDPA magazine poll
    Top 5 Powders used:
    Titegroup 34%
    N320 6%
WST 3% (thanks for referring this powder to me Traveller/Traveler)
    Bullseye 3%
    Clays 2%

Sorry if this is already known or off topic.
Recently I have been through 3 lbs of CFE Pistol for 9mm and like it ??

Some of my Universal loads under Armscor 124 grain FMJ's. 5 shot groups, 25 feet target distance, semi rested pistol.
