    Here’s Sgt. Pope on FB, in a video recorded by news reporter Bryan Sears, then reporting for the Daily Record.

    Pope, having made his illegal arrests, is victoriously throwing our Patriot Picket signs and banner on the ground to demonstrate for us ordinary citizens that is the cops and politicians who are in charge in Annapolis, and you can leave your First Amendment rights at home where you belong.

    You will do what they say even if you are not violating any laws:




    Note that even as a “credentialed member of the press” Bryan Sears was likewise threatened with arrest if he didn’t obey Pope’s illegal order to step back.

    Good work!

    I have a feeling SCOTUS is going to be extraordinarily busy this next year; the upcoming election is probably going to have unprecedented levels of litigation surrounding it, all on an emergency basis, and mostly on what will likely be in entirely novel areas of Constitutional law. "Big" 2A and 1A issues may end up a mere sideshow.

    I can’t speak for anyone else (see my disclaimer below) but I think this goes without saying:

    Rack&Roll would have loved every minute of this.

    The dates of significant events in this litigation are associated with dates in his life.

    Oral argument was heard on the second anniversary of his passing.

    Today’s news coincides with his Birthday: Jeff was born on this day 70 years ago.

    I have no doubt he would have regarded this petition as the ultimate Birthday gift.

    Thank you all!

    Praying this is the term where the original understanding of Our Constitution and Enumerated Rights during the Founding Era and the Age of Reason returns to the center of all Supreme Court rulings, and unsupportable judicial accretions are cast aside in the name of liberty and justice for all.

    Especially for one young guy and six old guys who don’t mind the cold and 3000+ of their closest guy and gal friends and that attorney guy from Chevy Chase.
