If this hadn't happened, and they had to pump out thousands of HQLs on October 1st, wouldn't that have bettered our chances for an injunction of the entire law? Or would the MSP get sued again and agree to release without an HQL, just like they did earlier this year?

Real question is which IP is going to let me buy a handgun on Sept 30 and pick up in 8 days without an HQL?

Methinks their strategy with this is that it's harder to hit a moving target. Can they possibly change EVERYTHING associated with MD gun laws in the two week period leading up to SB281 day?

    No wonder everyone is confused.

Figures, I only had enough cash for one purchase, and wanted a Sig 556 pistol, but cause of the bs, I got something different. Oh well. Bastards.

I bought one today, pick it up Oct 3rd. This was before this press release, retired military don't require a HQL. One dealer told me no, so I went to one that understood the law.

    Can you?

It seems to me, and I could be wrong, you are going to need your HQL first?

So tell me exactly HOW I'm supposed to get an HQL by 10/1? That's the entire point of going in and public ally stating a make, model and SN with cash in hand attempting to purchase on 10/1.

I almost bought a pistol today just to be part of the suit. Now this makes it even better.

    Suggestion to follow!!!

I explained to continental arms that i read it here. They said that they dont respond to mdshooter and will need something directly from MSP.

I also called Duffy's and they are good to go.

I read somewhere else that Bobs Sunoco is planning on it as of today, but they haven't posted it in the IP section yet.
