HMG cetme-l?

HMG is making some cetme-l rifles as well as some building kits, I didn't see it on the ban list, but would it be a copy cat weapon of anything? In other words, are they legal?

Says on that link they won't ship to Maryland.

If they are really CETMEs, the they are legal in MD. Not banned by name, nor are they a copy of a banned weapon

Of course that does not matter if the dealer won't ship them here.
