I've purchased a P320 Carry Sig Sauer 9mm online from a dealer in KS.
    It's being shipped today.
I was advised these P320 come with 17 round magazines. I emailed to
ask for 10 rounds but got no reply.

Will the FFL by law keep them? Or can I take with me the Mag Blocker?

Magblock 10 Round Limiter for Sig P320 17 Round Magazines Also can order the epoxy kit.

Safe bet for future is to purchase 2 10 round magazines online.

Just because FFL's can install a block, doesn't mean they will. You need to speak with your FFL to see what they will do and then decide if you want them to continue to be your FFL or if you need a new one.

It's a lot simpler to figure out which part number comes with ten round magazines, and track down that one. You can get more mags later.
