    Thinking 300 AAC for side charge build and not sure about what caliber for other partial complete.
    Have .223 wylde, 5.56, and 308.

    When I saw what a floated barrel could do, I knew right then and there that I would never build/buy an AR that was not floated.

    I also realized that by mounting the bipod I had at the time on the non-floated handguard screwed with the harmonics and allowed drastic POI vs POA issues to occur. You know you are screwing yourself in that respect, when you are sub-moa on a LeadSled, but make a 4 MOA group on the bipod and the POI vs POA shifts aver each range session...
