    So I'm looking at a used but near new Osprey Global TA 10 40x50 IRF signature series any input ? fair price looking for a entry scope.

    I bought one that I haven't mounted yet, friend bought one for a 6.5 Creed-more... wouldn't hold zero.
    He sold it. Osprey does have a lifetime warranty.. as we were buying ours, someone was trading one in that had been repaired once.


    Not going to dis them any worse than that. Maybe someone else will chime in.

    I don't have experience with this brand, but I generally don't trust illuminated scopes in the $200 price range.

    Visually it looks like a rebranded Tru-Glo.

    I would go with an inexpensive Sightron, Nikon, or Vortex with less features but better quality glass and internals

    Don't waste your money.

    If you're on a budget, perhaps one of Vortex's budget friendly scopes. Sightron has been my go to recently.

    Is this the brand all the tables sell at the gun shows? Other than the ubiquitous $550 Vortex Diamondbacks.

    I got one at a gun show last year because it was cheap
    Big mistake it’s a junk. Pay a bit more and get Nikon or similar level. You will be happy
