I happened to be in PA (just miles from MD border) this weekend and a guy there was open carrying at Burger King. Fella was there with his woman and an infant with what looked like a G19 or G23 in leg holster. I felt way safer than when I eat at any DC or MD gun free zones.

I loved the reporting on WBAL this morning about this.

"the City doesn't think this will cost any additional money"

So the technicians setting it up, the training cost, and change to procedures was all free?

Well, it didn't cost THEM any money out of THEIR pocket, did it?
