According to one Mom, the problem is automatic weapons.

Very interesting mix of speakers, about half were defending the Second Amendment.
Almost heartbreaking to watch the older generation testify, as personified by Anne Arundel Fish & Game members.
Some shot food to help feed their families in hard times, still children themselves.
Some went into the military, trained with firearms, defended our country with them, and then came home to shoot targets and game with them.
What went wrong with people and guns?

Y'all have to come back and watch the video, especially the last speaker. He's the guy who crashed the last GVPTF meeting, sitting at the committee table and trying to shoehorn his way into the discussion. Tonight, he explained that all the gun problems are because of "white men." Apparently, white men have been getting away with everything since forever. And the NRA is evolved from the KKK. White men aren't going to give up their guns, so his solution is to tax the guns and the high-capacity magazines. And when the white men don't pay the taxes (because they're having a glorified tantrum) the Task Force can go out and arrest them.
He was the last speaker. No I'm not embellishing. Even the MDA Moms weren't buying what he was shovelling.

Red Mommies produced their crew, some speed reading their manifestos with almost comic intensity, thus ultimately unintelligible and frantic.
Weird Skinny Man for some reason read an anti-Trump screed he assured us he had emailed to Bad Orange Man, also indecipherable.
Third Woman just the usual. Man watching holding his face.
My view is blocked so I couldn’t capture a pic of my favorite crazy gun-grabber of the night: a man-hater who also hates automatic weapons, but who especially hates men who own automatic weapons.
Gotta get to the tape to watch that again.

Love the personal interaction. Calendar got away from me and i couldnt make this meeting.....

I believe she said she was the head of the new Annapolis chapter of Moms Demand Attention.
Clearly she's new to public speaking - read canned talking-points from a page, crackly voice, spoke waaayy too fast ... to the point that the moms-to-the-left-of-me were complaining that they couldn't understand.
