Love my Mark III. Now, I want a Mark I, II, and IV.

    Toss another one out.

How about a High Standard? :D

I do have a Mk III 22/45. I got it from Lou (RIP). It is a never fired Police trade in.

Decided on the mark IV. Trying to locate one that isn't some crazy color has been difficult.

Cooter's (in Forest Hill) had a new black MK IV Lite in the case last week. Might give them a call.

I prefer the earlier models so I left it there.

I have the Buckmark and really like it. However, I will be buying a Ruger Mark IV when I can find one locally in the near future. So this may not be the answer you want to hear but maybe you should consider both.

I don't know if it matters to you and your future plans for the pistol but with the Ruger the barrel is the ATF controlled part, the Browning its the grip frame.
