I refuse to apply for an HQL. No license for my rights- fortunately I had equipped prior to this unjust law. Why hasn't this been repealed yet?

I got an email from a student I gave an HQL class to in late October. He informed me he was done with his application on Nov 7 and I approved his training that day. Yesterday, he emailed me back that I had to go in and reapprove. Apparently MSP had an issue with his payment and never told him anything. Granted he should have followed up before now but the moral of the story here is to keep on your submission and if it goes long, call the MSP to find out what's happening.
I hated...just hated...to do it, but I caved and submitted on 1/19 so it's only been 14 days. No change in status yet.

Fought the good fight for a while but finally caved today and just submitted my HQL application. Made me sick paying to exercise a right.

Took class and applied on 1/17/2017 and was just approved today on 2/3/17. 0029XX, looks like they've been busy.

I just got everything "Completed" today within the last couple hours. It still says pending. Where do I find my license #?

Oh, today everything updated to "complete". Maybe I'll have my approval tomorrow.
I failed to check my status yesterday. The site says my certification is dated yesterday, which is 18 calendar days after my app was submitted.

So all of my checklist is either complete or n/a, and still says pending. How long does it usually stay like this before it goes active?
