    Gun Pro (gunprodeals) has YHM Light Tactical .30 cal suppressors for $280 and that includes the ratcheting QD flash hider. It comes up as $580 for MAP and when added to cart the actual price is $280. Helluva deal. I was thinking about doing a Form 1 to build my own but at this price a home build isn't cost effective.

    Did some reading up and these cans are somewhat compact so not the best suppression on full power .308 at 140 db but reportedly they are actually quieter than YHM's full size cans on 5.56, 7.62x39, and .300 BLK. Never expected full power supersonic .308 to be quiet anyway (and I'll bet light .308/7.62x51 loads will be similar to 7.62x39) so this is right up my alley and for peanuts at that.

    Just looked... was there a typo? Or were you looking at the .22 can? I don't see a .30 cal for $280.

    It's still showing as being in stock. If you open the web page and enter "YHM .30 Light" into the search it will come up. Like I said, the list price is $580 but when you add to the cart they deduct $300.

    I've got one on the way to my SOT and have made positive contact with their customer service to line up SOT information. BTW, they also have Engage Armaments listed as one of their pre-selected SOT options, other MD SOTs as well but TMNG was much closer to me.

    They're not an IP (and would have no reason to be) so I don't know if it would be good form to post a link.

    They've got two options listed for two different QD mount options.

    With 5/8 x 24 QD mount (UPC 816701016949) is sold out.

    With 1/2 x 28 QD mount (UPC 816701016925) is still in stock as of right now.

    I plan on using both anyway as I think most would so one freebie mount with the can and I'll buy whichever one isn't included. Just checked and I got the 1/2 x 28 which I'll use on ARs so I'll need to order the 5/8 x 24 at some point.

    Submitted the Form 4 yesterday at the SOT (TMNG) and checked out the suppressor. Looks good and the QD FH/mount is really nice. Screws on smoothly and ratchets down a few notches to lock it down, real quick and easy to use. Build quality is excellent. Size of the can is just right, about like a 5.56-specific that’s still decent with .308. All in all not bad at all, certainly not a Knights or Surefire but didn’t expect it to be. Gun Pro Deals is legit and shipped as soon as the SOT had made contact. We’ll see how it shoots in 6 months!
