decent place to sell music gear

I've got pretty big bass amp + cabinet, couple guitars, and a wireless mic that the local cecil county pawn shops are interested in giving me pennies for.

What's a decent place to offload this?

Put 'em up in the classifieds.

Or, if you feel like driving all the way to Gaithersburg, Victor Litz in old town is run by total stoners who can easily be talked into paying more than market.

They're also good for buying equipment from at less than market value because of their recreational habits.

Atomic can be good, but they are realist which often offends folks! Reverb.com can be quite good for instruments, Amps would be better local so you can avoid shipping. Craigslist is free and only takes a few minutes to post to, a bit like MDS

They're all right handed cheap stuff. I'll get some photos posted on the classifieds here in a couple hours. I casually mentioned to a guy I work with about some of the gear, and he's going to follow me home and take a look.

Whatever is left will go up here.

Music stores want to make money when they sell your gear, so they are a awful place to sell gear.

Reverb.com, Craig's List (if you can deal w/the psychos) are your best bet...
