Barbara Underwood - Solicitor General for NY. She was absolutely abysmal in her presentation to the SCOTUS. There was not one single argument she had that made any kind of sense.

    Solicitor General I believe
Barbara Underwood is the Solicitor General - I'm not sure who this guy is.

The interesting thing is that they keep citing these old archaic laws from the mid/late 1800s, but those laws were very likely unconstitutional as well.

Fletcher is Solicitor General for the Department Of Justice. Biden's flunky.

He accuses Clement of cherry picking cases but he's doing the same thing.

you can only speak freely, think freely, be jewish or catholic or a cashew, be free from unwarranted search, in rural areas.

and only if you have a good reason. and because i want to is not good enough. and if it upsets other folks, then you can't do it.

and what was tradition on abortion... before roe v wade?

Agreed, and nor was she prepared for some of the rather easily anticipated questions.

While I'm feeling like a favorable ruling is coming, I worry about the next phase of restrictions. Like every state or even municipalities being able to decide what area's are off limits. If for example they ban carry within 100 yards of any county owned property it would make navigating the geography nearly impossible, and indirectly ban carry.

I think that went pretty well. Most the time the Justices were busy poking holes in NY's argument - at least that's how it seemed at the time.
