    Let the Dems run on this and this alone in 2018. They will get their ass handed to them yet again. For a large majority of the country (around 75-80%) gun control is consistently far down the list of top issues to voters. The economy is always number 1. If the economy is good at the mid terms, what could the Dems possibly say then? "Vote for us, we want to take away more of your money and your guns"

    We are looking a an assault weapons ban, and magazine ban, body armor ban, bump stock ban bills here in Illlinois And our republican governor will probably sign them into law.

    The magazine ban will include shotguns with tube magazines that hold over 5 rounds unless for goose hunting. fixed or removable magazines in rifles over 10 rounds.

    Good thing that the Dems support the 2nd amendment, BUT.....

    You forgot the qualifier that they always add that nullifies everything in front of the comma.
