The rate of deaths caused by toy guns will plummet.

When are they going to ban toy cars?

If they want to save some children they should start by banning absentee fathers, abusive boyfriends, unguarded swimming pools, and unattended five gallon kitchen buckets.

How does suicide fit into the "unintentional" category?

Agreed, how the heck is suicide 'unintentional'?

It is incredibly misleading when the antis lump suicide (by gun) in with their statics, vaguely labeling it 'gun violence'; there is no such thing. Gun's don't commit violence, or 'assault', they are tools used by bad people to harm, and good people to stop violent criminals.

I think Chicago banning toy guns is more 'brainwashing' and less about actually saving lives.

they're called feel good laws. they make liberals feel good even though they accomplish nothing and infringe on law abiding people.

    like FSA 2013.

Libs/Progs would include "Viewing pictures of guns any time before dying" into their Gun Violence fairy tale if they could get away with it.

Saw this on FB first and thought it was an Onion article. Ludicrous. If they are serious about it they should do a toy gun buy back program lol.
