    So the Motion for Contempt is not moot, but alive and well. Wonder if we will see permits being issued now in an effort to demonstrate compliance.

    So all the dates for briefing on the stay pending appeal are, cleverly, after they actually need to appeal.

    Pretty much.

    It would likely reduce his workload, channeling DC to appeal than having to sift through all that paper.

    I highly suggest people start showing up and demanding their permits, if their 90 day window is up. DC cannot take an additional 90 days unless they have a reason to investigate further (background investigation found something).

    Strongly suggest.
