If it doesn't have to be the 3.9", Osage County Guns has the 4.9": http://www.sigsauerguns.com/accesso...-phosphate-chrome-lined-bbl-220-45-cp-tb.html
Sig specs on P220R states a 4.4" barrel so the 4.9" should be fine. I had a threaded one for my P-228 that was about 1/2" longer and it worked fine. Sold as I didn't want to go $800 for a suppressor w/stamp. Chris
