I'd rather see them all die in committee... but that takes work.
To go further than that the proposed bill shouldn't have even been printed on paper. This is a egregious abuse of the legislative powers that are given to the MDGA.

This proposed bill should come back from committee w/ as UNFAVORABLE  but if it comes back as FAVORABLE  what do we need to do?

Since Frosh is in favor of the proposed bill (he is standing behind the "Common Sense Solutions" banner in the previous posts) it doesn't look like he won't rule this bill unconstitutional.

I'd love to see everyone put together an 'oppo' file on their problematic critters, and start using it to spread the word and influence...

But, too many of us have 3 or 4 of them and too few of us have, historically, been willing to shoulder a share of the load.

If this makes it out of committee favorable, we will need EVERYONE to contact their Delegate(s) about the bill and request that they vote against the bill.

Yes. I am planning to do that if the bill comes out as favorable. Hopefully the wording of my letter(s) won't get me on the terrorist watchlist BUT will have this effect. :kicknuts:
