Everyone has the right to defend themselves!

Lives matters, learn how to defend yourself!

Take a bite our of Crime! Enforce the Laws!

The Pen is not always mightier than a sword!

    Responsibility begins with you.

Learn how to defend yourself and others!

Music doesn't always sooth the savage beast!

There can be no peace, without the ability to defend it!

If your vote is to set up in public and shout your 8 slogans one after another in a rotation, I’m thinking that we would be compared to...uh...let’s see...maybe another group?....

Sorry Jeff, I'm going to pass.

Large groups of 'those people', and very little patience. More of a liability than an asset.

Nowhere was there a larger crowd of 'those people' than at the March For Our Lives and yet our message was heard loud and clear and we even got a shout out in one of the NRA mags. Hardly a liability.

I was referring to myself. Had a hard enough time walking away from 'Mr. Your right's don't matter' when he got friendly.

This is worth a second look:

the NRA writer’s description of the Patriot Picket had to be vetted by LAYERS of NRA editors and policy people before it was published—because it was activism NOT directly sanctioned by the NRA—which we know is ultra sensitive about messaging.

It is the best evidence we can offer that the PP thinks things through carefully before we deploy.

I will stand with the Patriot Picket for this event.

    Welcome aboard, GTOg!

A couple of notes: Patriot Picket outings always includes flag flying, and we will have a half dozen American flags and Maryland flags up in the air next Saturday.

Also, the conflict between the Annapolis City Council and the the city’s arrogant mayor comes to a head tomorrow when the mayor and his minions hand over a projected cost estimate for this POLITICAL event.

    From the Capital Gazette:

Some community members have expressed concern that the concert isn’t the right response. Darin Gilliam, who co-owns ArtFarm with former Capital Gazette photographer Alison Harbaugh, summed up some of what she called the feeling “in the air.”

“The issue is that you have people that are going to feel like a tragedy is being taken advantage of,” said Gilliam. “People need time to heal.”

Harbaugh, sitting in the West Street store, nodded.

“It’s really hard to want to go to a concert when you know your friends are hurting so bad,” she said.

Planning the concert on a condensed timeline led to complications.
    http://www.capitalgazette.com/news/annapolis/ac-cn-press-freedom-concert-0719-story.html

Anyone watching this process can see that the “cost” crisis is really proxy fight over the hijacking of this “fundraiser” for political purposes so close to the funerals for those killed in the Gazette ambush.

Our side can help “clarify” this conflict with our continued social media posts to The Capitol Gazette or any sites connected with this disgraceful situation.

    Give ‘em hell!

The Annapolis City Council is meeting TONIGHT (Monday night) from 6:00 - 6:30pm to discuss the decision by their Leftist mayor to schedule PARTISAN political speakers for this Saturday’s Benefit Concert for the families affected by the Gazette ambush tragedy.

Please call and/or email all the members of the City Council to demand that the focus return to the families by cancelling the Trump-hating and gun-hating comedians, Joy Behar and Jordan Klepper!

Here are the City Council phone numbers and emails:

Thank you eruby, for emailing the Mayor’s spokesperson to get them to admit that Joy Behar ain’t coming!

Plenty of evidence that the building backlash got Behar kicked off the rundown.

No matter what the outcome of our calls and emails today...the Patriot Picket will still have a crew there on Saturday to talk about self-defense issues to anyone who would like to have a dialogue.

We have not yet fixed the time window for our time at this event. We are waiting for the organizer's timetable to settle.

They have now specified that the event will be on CALVERT STREET, between West Street and Northwest Ave.

There's a good likelihood that putting the concert stage on the Leftist's favorite street--West Street--would have raised complaints about SELF-DEALING by the Mayor, who owns several businesses on West Street.

I guess the City Council is fine with snarling the horrendous traffic downtown even further for this Leftist political orgasm. Let them know you don't approve.

All right, I am in the waiting area outside the Annapolis City Council room, where the “Take Me Drunk I’m Home” Gazette fundraiser is to be discussed...and the heat just got turned up a notch.

FOX45’s John Rydell just turned up to interview Mayor Gavin Buckley about the growing backlash about his political hack phony fundraiser.

He stepped outside so I was unable to hear the exchange. This meeting was planned for 6pm here, but without warning it got moved back to 7.

A source here tells me that it is the backlash that forced the one hour pushback on the start of the meeting.

I received a canned response from Alderwoman Rhonda Pindell-Charles, who says she will not be in town for the street bash, but is leaving to take an anniversary getaway.

Seems pretty clear Mayor Gavin can do no wrong in her eyes...

...Never before has there been such a horrific act perpetrated upon the members of our free press in our country--as I see it, a direct assault on our democracy. In my opinion, these actions went way beyond the "romantic rejection", and entered into the realm of what the press does or does not print (even about a romantic rejection).

...As I see it, what our Mayor ran on--and the unprecedented votes that he received--is really exactly in line with the decisions that he is making here.

I don't believe that there is a right or wrong answer here. We do know that no one is doing anything that is without good intentions.
