    For those who are using their cellphones to carry pictures of documents...

    I highly recommend the Genius Scan App...

    Snap the picture... set the parameters... save... and it becomes a PDF which can be sent out to email, text, print... etc.

    Available for iOS and Droid. (free version works quite well)

    The Designated Collector letter, CCW and all other permits/licenses/IDs (both sides)... are just a few of the personal things which are held in my cellphone for instant retrieval if needed.

    Is it really a necessity to have your letter on you at all times?

    I am going to scan a copy of my elementary school record into my phone, just in case there is ever a question about that Inkwell Incident.



    Hmmmmm. Maybe I'll scan a couple of hundred dollar bills, too. Just in case.

    Just want to mention that I sent my form in for designated collector status on 01-09-19 and got an approval letter in the mail on 01-17-19. So it's very fast right now!
