( This was triggered by HB 236, converting a 20yr Misdemeanor to 20yr Felony , but looking for General concepts .)
I know that from Firearm Disability there is no difference between 3yr plus Misdemeanors and Felonies . But in the bigger picture what , if any, are the differences stemming from a conviction ?
