Iím hoping with this case already at SCOTUS that the MD (and NJ and probably Young) case will basically be handed a victory.

Good question. Itís borderline as far as making it to be heard this term. I donít know how full the SCOTUS docket is right now.
I suspect NYC will try to drag this out as far as possible.
