I got a TAC-65 for $200. I ended up spending $300 to get it re-cored. Buy once, cry once. Get a Sparrow.

This is tested (albeit in-house), on video.

I don't recall the TAC65 was well documented in any medium.

    Just sayin'. :P

That's basically my stance on it. There is probably a place for a $100 suppressor, and we'll have to see how these actually fare in real life, but when you can get the absolute best rimfire cans on the market for $300 - $400, that becomes a harder niche to fill.

I bought a used TAC-65 for $120. It's my beater 22lr suppressor. First time I used it was on a gun that I wasn't 100% sure about the concentric threading (it was fine, it seems). I still have never been able to disassemble it, even with the tools.

    Funny. I searched "rebel". Nothing.

Anyhow, good discussion. Seems to be a good idea... but I understand if the expense is going to be made... go for the right item.

These are by the same guys as the 199Trust.com. I am going to pickup a few and run them through the ringer.
