    Isn't SB1062 still alive and kicking? I know the B City group said they would rewrite the Bill, but it wasn't withdrawn and is still technically with the committee. The hearing closed on the Bill. Now isn't it still possible the committee COULD approve it as written? I know it's probably not boing to happen, but it still could happen.

    Should we not still be calling and asking for an unfavorable report on this Bill?

    I would think yes until it officially goes away. They can't ever think that we've forgotten about it.
