A portion of an interview a "MDS News" reporter conducted with Fairfax Count Police Department's PIO:

Thanks to Norton and Mopar92 for the credentials ;)

You may not proceed past this checkpoint unless YOU CAN SHOW ME YOUR PAPERS!

(Where have we heard that sort of talk before?)

I like how one of the sheriff dept officers was recording Jeff's release with a cell phone. I guess they don't have body cams?

We are going to get that video, too. While I was in handcuffs, one of the arresting officers showed me a GoPro that he was using.

To Rack, Stove, and the entire PP crew. Thank you for all that you do. Has anyone from the NRA reached out regarding the unconstitutional arrest?

No, and we don't expect any help for an attorney because historically their position is "We have our issues, you have yours".

Who is this guy? Is he with the protestors? Why does it seem as if the FCPD report to him and he has the ability to cross the lines and escort protestors with impunity?

If you have always wanted to help with effort to keep our 2A flag flying, but could not do so, then know that helping me with my legal defense fund is just the help we are looking forward over the next couple of weeks.

I am honored to have firearms trainer and respected MSI board member Cypherpunk acting as our trustee for this project.

You can PM him for more info, or just send your much-needed and helpful donation right to his mail drop:

By posting notice of your contribution to this thread first, you are helping with the fundraising momentum needed for one guy to go up against the unlimited resources of the people that arrested me.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Ok, dumb question :o: do we actually make the check out to "Cypherpunk," or is there a name we should be using? Or mail cash?

Sounds like grounds for a lawsuit for illegal arrest...

Im down in Tennessee, the land of the free, right now. Again guys, thank you for standing up for what is right. God bless, stay safe.

As a cop who has had to work the civil disturbance detail before, I can promise you that 99% of arrests are ordered by the line commander... not the line officer.

This was a political decision, 100%. The line officer is following a lawful order of a superior and has no discretion. There is a reason I no longer work on such a detail...

I don't get it. It is either an illegal arrest flowing from an unlawful order.... or it isn't.

It appears you are saying is that because of command structure, there is no room for officers to question orders that were part of the "tactical plan" given to the officers before we ever arrived. That's cop reality. I get it.

But just because a superior gives an order doesn't make it lawful. You are just acknowledging that officers follow commands by politically-influenced superiors to KEEP THEIR JOBS.

I am quite sure there were line officers there who knew that it was WRONG to be discriminatory about who could cross back and forth through "No Man's Land", but they to keep their jobs, they kept their mouths shut.

    There, I said it.

HOW TO MAKE OUT YOUR CHECKS:

Ok, dumb question :o: do we actually make the check out to "Cypherpunk," or is there a name we should be using? Or mail cash?

Thank you Art for asking about details of how this should work. I apologize for the delay, but playing catch up like a boss.

Please make your check or US Postal Service Money Order in my name--Jeff Hulbert--and write LEGAL DEFENSE FUND in the memo section.

Cypherpunk will collect the checks and keep a record of who is donating and how much.

I will be making a call to a prominent 1A/2A Virginia attorney today to ask him to take my case. I will also demand that the N. VA ACLU participate in this case, which raises such BASIC FREEDOM ISSUES about the right of ANY OF US to move about freely in public with differing political opinions and messages.

I see that everyone is generously donating C-notes, but really, anyone who can also kick in $25 or $50 is helping mightily with this righteous effort! $25 is a box of ammo. You will get it back, karma style, I'm sure!

Every nickel will be spent to get the government to admit they violated MY RIGHTS, AND YOURS!. I don't expect there will be any money left over. But consider this: by donating you will be part of what I think is the FIRST MDS legal defense fund set up to fight for Constitutional Rights. You can be proud to be a founding contributor here in 2018.

I would very much like to see this fund outlive me.

Feel free to use mine anyway you see fit. If excess then use for the PP fund or contribute to MSI. Again, thanks for doing what you do, for all of us!

This weasel is clearly a March organizer muckity muck based on having a credential--that he probably deliberately flipped over.

The deference that the Fairfax County PD officers give him suggest he is well known to them--likely as the person who coordinated the March agenda with the PD.

He crosses over to "our" side without the slightest pause to be challenged by police in "No Man's Land".

You will see this in the picture series to follow.

Here is the PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF that the Fairfax County Police violated our right to FREE ASSEMBLY at the very same time they were ALLOWING IT FOR THE GROUP THEY WERE FAVORING!

All the photos in the series to follow were captured in one sequence by our high-def MDS video camera, where I obtained these screen grabs.

In this series of photos, I announce to the press gathered at Camp Freedom that I am going to take a FREE SPEECH message into the area where the Fairfax County PD said I was not free to travel to, and from.

You see me crossing "No Man's Land" at the same time that the cops are challenging me as to my intentions (Pre Crime Police, Thought Police?). As you can see that by the time I step over the yellow tape, I am swarmed by several officers who take my sign, cuff me and take me away.

Just two minutes later, after violating "The Rules" about where I could go IN A PUBLIC PLACE, there are 3 gun control advocates wishing to leave Camp Freedom, where they sat in our chairs in the shade for discussions about 2A.

You will see a bald headed guy, who is almost certain one of the March head minions (see his flipped over credential), lift up the police tape, and walk right over to Camp Freedom unchallenged by the MANY officers in "No Man's Land". On the way over, he is joined by Fairfax County Police Public Information Officer Eli Cory.

In the 3rd to the last picture from the bottom, you can see PIO Officer Cory gesturing to his fellow officers that he is waiving "The Rules" for the gun control people--who have been back and forth across "No Man's Land" several times--so that the March organizer can escort them back to the protest area.

ALL THIS HAPPENS ONLY TWO MINUTES AFTER I HAVE BEEN ARRESTED FOR DOING WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
