Two more 'issues' reported today from BWI...

A guy with 36 rounds of .38 in a bag. He was arrested after the name search turned up a warrant.

Woman got past a security checkpoint with a loaded 9mm, with SEVEN BOOLITS. She was arrested. Nothing was said about her past.

I remain astounded that someone could be so stupid as to try to take a gun through an airport.

    Mind, boggled.

While I believe the story...DO NOT PUT IT PAST TSA OR DHS to pump this kind of stuff into the MSM to support inflated budget requests....

Budget requests? The organization's very reason to exist depends on "bad guys" doing "bad things." Barring natural occurrence, they will synthesize some ... yes, I'm lookin' at you FBI and BATFELMNOP.

They showed her gun as a German Luger on the news. Now WTF, was she doing with that? Of course it had 7 mismatched bullets with it as well.

Gang, I've worked at Louisville airport checkpoint before 9/11, and let me tell you. The gen public are freaks..lol, I have seen some weird stuff that men and women brought with them. I've seen weapons, sex toys, gold, and once saw a living dog on my xray screen. I'm not surprised on anything that is reported cause i've seen it. Also, If you doubt, TSA sells the things they collect, just look it up..but people will always be "suspicious" of the government....:sad20:

Most likely, that was checked luggage. As long as we can see thru it and can ID it, it was ok..What she had was small...too small to really care or open the bag, plus, more than one person would be there and they dont check every bag, heck, most airports dont check, checked luggage at all...and I doubt this has changed since I worked in the airport..but yeah..public in general, is stupid or freaky..or both
