Are you sure you installed the hammer spring correctly?

If not sure, brake it down, flip the spring and try again.

I got home and tried to replicate it by hand charging with different to no pressure on the trigger with no luck, it either reset or set fine. I charged with the empty magazine to see if it was rubbing but no joy there either. I inspected the trigger group and it seems fine.

I can't figure this out.

It's a newer style Adams stainless trigger group

Band new amend2 magazine

In an AR I've put a few hundred rounds through.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

No, I just got home from work travel.

Plus I had a bunch of glock 21 parts waiting for me when I showed up on the home front.

That AR is next on the list now that I finished on the glock.
