    Unless your a designated collector, I believe it's one regulated arm per month, now C&R and transfer's are a diff't story, I think - some will fill in the blanks inevitably.

    you could buy as many as you want at once but must wait 30 days for EACH weapon there after. 3 guns = 90 days
