I have not heard any results from the complaint i made against Mr. Leonard with the Md. Bar Assoc.

I imagine nothing will come of it , i did not think anything would happen when the Bar protects it's own .

Since you have been publically threatened, I would recommend you go to the HPRB and apply for a carry permit to defend yourself. There's no telling how many wackos have read that post and want their 15 minutes of fame. Perhaps the honorable gentleman will testify on your behalf at the hearing :lol:

There was a case winding its way through the courts from an incident a couple years ago where a capitol police officer removed someone from protesting lawfully in front of the capitol. Was the officer held culpable or did he get shielded?

That was the ever-missing Rack&roll, who was arrested along with his brother in Annapolis last year. The Federal 1A case is pending before the court. There's a thread on it here somewhere.

I will try tomorrow to X out my name and post the pages .

But in a nutshell the attorney representing Robbie said we were the crazy people .
The Patriot Picket , we will not comply group and I belong to such a group , he said a lot of legal mumbo jumbo but we are disrupters and evil doers so we deserve it .

The bar found no evidence against Robbie and it only was political difference we were engaged in and no Client issues .

Nothing will be done , but give me a day or two and I will redact my name and other info.

Also I am not concerned one bit about the Federales coming after me , I could give two chits about any of them . They know where I live , and if they don't they can ask and I will tell them .

One paragraph , by Stephan Y Brennan Quoted and written the exact way

Mr. Welder and the "We will not comply / Patriot Picket" group of which he is a member have adopted a slogan that is confrontational , inflammatory and defiant , as they openly state that if certain firearm laws are passed they will not follow those laws . Members of Mr. Welders group disrupt political hearings . This does not lend itself to civil political discourse . Indeed , this behavior is viewed by many as tactics to intimidate , rather then to persuade .

He also said a WUSA9 Report that Rack&Roll said there will be open defiance if the laws pass , said also R & R was kicked out of a hearing and escorted by MSP . More or less saying we are the problem .
