Post SB281 buying

I know this has probably been asked but I was wondering if someone could give me an answer. I want to buy a few guns but I am unsure how SB281 will affect me being able to get them, could someone please tell me if after 10/1 will the follwoign rifles be available to me?:
1. Tavor 16"
2. A FPK or PSL rifle
3. Ruger Mini-14 w/o folding stock but with flash hider
4. Siaga converted w/ pistol grip ( I am pretty sure these are going away)
5. Maybe one of the new Beretta ARX100's (I dont know why I like them)

Any info would be appreciated.

Tavor 16" will be banned for certain after 10/1. Not sure about the rest.

1. Banned without an extension to the barrel (bayonet, long flash hider, or suppressor, etc to extend the OAL > 29".) does not need to be permanently attached to qualify, at least not currently, that may change depending on legal interpretations etc.

2. Banned.
3. Not Banned.
4. Banned, unless it's a shotgun or pistol.
5. Banned, unless the flash hider is removed or folding stock fixed in place.

Not gonna happen, at least anytime soon. I can't even find one at reasonable price. Atlantic Firearms said they have 3,000 people on the list.

Saw a few sold at about $2200 + shipping at GB, not too bad if no MD Tax is required.

Thx. I think they make one with 16 inch barrel, so I'd imagine thats over 30 in total.

Magic number to stay over is 29, not 30.

Ya we are going to pay list.

But god forbid we are post 10/1 and the law holds, we will need buying power just to get the right mods to be compliant -- may need a man ffl too, not sure if it can ever be a self mod.

not hard to do.. just may need a group to make it worth while

and i need to get on the list too..

I wasn't sure if he was talking about the Tavor or not. But I bought a Tavor paid over retail

. The 16" Barrel makes it 26 1/8" with it current muzzle. The 18" has a smaller Muzzle I guess because it is only 27 1/8". None of IWI current modules are long enough to meet the state of Maryland requirements however you could buy one send it to a gun smith out of state. Have a muzzle or something else to add 2 to 3 inches unto it and then have it shipped to an MD FFL. What that will end up costing who knows. Maybe IWI will create an MD version with a 10 round mag and overall length of 29+ inches. Maybe they will do like the Uzi and add a fake silencer to make it longer.

Kriss Vector CRB OAL 34.8 unfolded, 26.5 folded. No Flash Hider... so it should be good

Will this AUG be banned? http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=341315020 No flash suppressor so I'm not sure what would make it illegal post ban except OAL which is 30". What's the OAL restriction after the ban?
