Would love to know the grounds for the actual issuance of the stay. Based on a layman's reading of the stay briefs, it does not make sense.

Esqappellate in your legal experience, what does an expedited appeal mean? Does this mean a 30 to 90 day process or are we looking 6 month or longer?
