Thanks - haven't been able to find a copy of the Petition for Cert which was apparently filed on July 9, 2013, i.e. Tuesday. Inquiring minds want to know . . .

Side Note: 4th Circuit has become the 4th Circus lately. Today they ruled against Liberty University and their Affordable Care Act challenge with how the employer mandate goes against their religious freedom. Seems they drew a bad panel with Davis on it.
