This all sounds very familiar. Would the latest problem piece come from somewhere I know very well from experience?

This topic was created with one particular I.P. in mind, but the one you may be thinking isn't this one my friend.

The I.P. that was the inspiration for this thread is taking steps to prevent this from happening again. Very rare for most in the gun industry.
