Assuming republicans vote like they should. ohios constitutional carry bill should pass.

Sadly though PA’s constitutional carry bill which passed their legislators, will be vetoed by the gov. It won’t get overridden because neither the house or senate will be able to get a 2/3 majority.

Goes back to house for approval of amendments.
Senate vote was 23-8, again veto proof, unless some change their votes.

Should not be an issue other then it adds to the time before passage.

What I was trying to figure out is effective date. Is it 90 days after gov signs?

Each chamber apparently passed their own versions and are now in the opposite chambers. From a quick skim, it looks like a good bill either way. No residency requirement from what I can tell.
