    This whole exercise is so infuriating. Clearly the justices have already made up their minds and it makes no difference what the lawyer is saying. We can only hope 5 agree with us going in because nobody's mind is going to change here today.

    Seems like Roberts is looking for a way out by saying "public" is a sensitive place. (equal to restrictions like carrying in bars and federal buildings)

    Does Breyer even give half a shit about the Constitution? This isn't about what he thinks some guy might do in a certain place drinking a certain drink around certain people. This is a ****ing constitutional right issue. He is absolutely infuriating.
