St. Mary's County Recreation & Parks Dept and Sanner's Lake Sportsmens' Club are partnering to offer a day to honor our Wounded-Warriors, Disabled Veterans, and Paralympians (physically-disabled athletes).
This event is October 10th and is free. Space is limited and pre-registration at the website is required via https://paralympics.fusesport.com/registration/281/wwhd_web/ Ideally, registration is desired by October 1st but there is no hard-and-fast deadline for sign-ups.
Activities include shotgun shooting, archery, rifle-shooting, freshwater fishing, and handgun shooting.
BBQ lunch will be provided, courtesy of Mission BBQ. Local bands will provide entertainment.
