I took a pic of My "BBQ Gun" ln a Hand Tooled holster that My Brother Scott did in about 1962. The Other is a Holster that is almost Finished for the Ruger .480 Super Redhawk...I call it the Big Iron Belt Model.

The 1911 is a Springfield and the Ruger is a .44 Magnum Redhawk that I used to Get the Action size for the .480 to Fab the Holster.....Sorry No Nekkid Pictures here . Thank for Looking.

Barely ...Mooj You have to Realize it was the 60's and Old School. Probably about 1/4 -3/8" .I can't get My finger on though.
