Are they actually creating a new law or are they just toughening the penalties for breaking an existing law?

I don't think it is a bad idea to apply stiff penalties for law breakers. One complaint I hear all the time is how quickly criminals are let back out on the streets to commit more crimes.

It is Mike and Mike attempting to tighten up the noose of control around our necks while sticking it to Hogan who said he was not looking to change any existing gun laws.

And the two nimrods (Mike and Mike) don't care how many criminals they must release to get it done.

M&m want to be able to use Hogan's response (veto, hopefully) in the next election. Hogan should be prepared to veto any of these bills that the MGA is dumb enough to pass with a very open and public, passionate treatise about the 2A, its history, all of our rights under attack, and the sinister motives of the MGA and its leadership behind these patently absurd and ineffective infringements.

No apologies needed by him. Continued leadership.
