Stuck between the G43 and the LC9s Pro. Trigger and extra mag go to the Ruger but nothing the G43 can't fix for a few bucks.

TMGN has both tried to rent both today but the wait was too long( 2 hours plus $70 or so to try them out).

Anyone have real experience with these? Just to mention, I shot the G17 and bought the USP because I liked the feel better. I probably just need to shoot both since it's a preference thing.

The HK USP? Why not try a Walther PPS? Great carry pistol and same mag release you have with the USP.

The G 43 shoots extremely well for such a small pistol. It is highly accurate and has very mild recoil in comparison to other small pistols I've shot. You want to shoot it for yourself. You cannot compare it to the G17, since it is an entirely different gun.

I bought a LC9 from a fella who hated it from the first shot because of the DAO trigger... I love it... not just because I am a Ruger fanboy, but because I'm not sure I want a light trigger on an EDC... it's easily concealable and I don't have big hands so it fits me well... I am getting the LC9s Pro because I don't want any buttons other than the bang switch... JMHO...

    9mm X 17mm = 380 ACP

    9mm X 18mm = 9mm Makarov

    9mm X 19mm = 9mm Luger/Parabellum

You are only talking about 2mm's.

Your point? A .380 is 95 or 100 grains typically at most; a 9mm can be had at 147 grains, hollow point, and +P. Also, the energy of a 9mm is 50% to 150% more than a .380.

    2mm is the wrong measurement.
