Correct. The reason it is a big deal for us is because it gives MD residents a way to legally carry in PA. PA accepts very few non-resident permits.

i applied several months ago before the rush started. mine took 30 days

From posts here recently 4-6 weeks seems average.

Friend of mine applied middle of December. around the 13th . Crickets. Check not cashed yet..

NH finally updated the NR app that eliminates the home state permit info.
