Got any advice on doing serrations with a widened belly? I absolutely <3 the EP, but I've been using the SharpMaker mainly on teeth. I've seen videos of people sharpening serrations but none of have discussed the wear on the water stones. When you do serrations, how much does it harm the stone flatness and do you have to refinish the stones more frequently?

Thanks! It was expensive but the results are incredible...I used to think knives came sharp from the maker until I started using the EP...I occasionally cut myself and don't even realize it until I've bled everywhere lol ..Reprofiling/fully resetting is also so much easier. I've come to really enjoy sharpening knives...I often wind up sharpening for friends and family!
