    Weren't magazine bans found Unconstitutional in CA?

    Does anyone know if these bills generally allow standard capacity magazines if a blocker is installed? Or does the fact that it is removable make it non-compliant? Obviously dependent on the specific bill, I was just wondering if as a general rule they allowed that.

    this bill 961 does not allow anything that can be removed or uninstalled.

    It says any magazines that can be readily modified to accept more than 12. If it is a common firearm and has a removable floor plate, there is probably an extension for it.
