New to NFA items, anticipating 41P coming out this month I got a trust setup through Potomac Gun Trusts last month. I ordered 5 suppressors via silencershop and now waiting on those.

I'm planning to build one or two SBRs. I wanted to inquire as to if the lower receivers should also be purchased by the trust. Should my MSP 77R form include my trust information and/or signature "As Trustee" in some way?

I don't think it matters how you buy your lowers. They become part of the trust when you get your stamp for your Form 1 and engrave them. Until then, they're just lowers.
    IANAL.

A trust isn't a person for purposes of MD firearms law. The lower is purchased as an individual and you then assign it to the trust.

I agree with everyone, but too clarify; no trust information needed for 77R to take possession. Only time Trust is needed is when Form 1 is concerned. At the first step is just a normal purchase and not yet an NFA purchase so therefore trust is not possible unless it is for purpose of an NFA at time of submission of Form 1.
