Check out this relic. It says Herters model 7 64 N72M on it. Looks to be 12 ya and is complete with all the stages on it. It’s built like a tank. Belonged to my grandfather and has been sitting in my parents basement for who knows how long.

Can anybody tell me anything about it? Is it worth cleaning up and trying to use it?

Cool as all get out, but I have no idea if it's practical to clean up and use.
However, I use a 60 yo Pacific and I'd encourage you to try.
I'm curious as to how it meters powder and shot. Therein may lay any problem with using it. It was probably made when felt, cork, and cardboard wads were the norm, but you can still seat plastic wads. Looking at the number of stations it appears it do folded star crimps, so sort of modern.
    I'd try it.

Clean it up, use it, you will appreciate it more because of its history.

If you start taking things apart, take pictures, it helps old stuff go back together.
And we like to see them. :D

Post more pics when it's all cleaned up and mounted.
