    Fortunately for us, the US Constitution supersedes the State Constitutions.

    You are incorrect. It only supercedes in areas the states have delegated to the Federal government. It now does override the states where the Feds manage to steal control due to the corrupted system. The corrupted commerce clause plays a large role in that.

    If that was correct, there would be enumeration: "as a state, the state of xyz delegates abc to federal jurisdiction"
